Our tantra workshops are designed as immersive experiences focused on conscious intimacy, embodiment, connection, nervous system awareness, and pleasure education in a safe and respectful environment.

Each workshop begins with grounding practices and the creation of a welcoming atmosphere. Guests are invited into a beautifully prepared ceremonial space with a vegan or vegetarian sharing table filled with nourishing foods, teas, fruits, chocolates, and sensory experiences that encourage relaxation, connection, and a healthier relationship with pleasure and the body.

We explore how pleasure can be experienced through presence, movement, breath, communication, boundaries, touch awareness, dance, and emotional openness — rather than performance or pressure.

Throughout the workshops, facilitators guide participants through embodiment exercises, partner communication practices, movement, conscious relating, and educational demonstrations about intimacy and connection.

Educational demonstrations are practiced using anatomical teaching models and professional training tools in order to create a safe, respectful, and informative learning environment.

Our intention is to help people reconnect with their bodies, emotions, confidence, communication skills, self-awareness, and authentic connection with others.

Workshops are open to individuals, couples, women’s groups, private events, and conscious communities throughout Amsterdam and the Netherlands.
