(Ancient tantric yogini excercsises to enliven your kundalini energy. very good if you want to experience a deeper sense of connection to your pelvis. which is very good for your seksual health (trust me). we work with breath and movement.

Twerking

Many people ask, what is the purpose of twerking, or why do people twerk? For some, it’s pure fun. For others, it’s a way to express confidence, femininity, or cultural pride. Twerking can also be a form of release, both emotional and physical. In African tradition, it was often used in spiritual or fertility rituals, and even today, dancers describe twerking as empowering and liberating. A super delicious workout also.

I love express feminine styles on heels. In this class we build strength/technique/flexiblity and a cute choreography. We also work on empowering ourselves, uplifting each other and walking.
